Verizon will release a smartphone with a compact design called the Samsung Galaxy Stellar. It will feature 4G LTE network and cost $99.99 on contract after a $50 mail-in rebate or $499.99 outright.

The Galaxy Stellar  will pack a WVGA screen, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor,  a 3.2-megapixel main camera, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing, 4GB of internal storage.
