Along with Bell and Virgin Mobile, Telus will be the next Canadian carrier offering the HTC One S in Canada on May 17. The One S will cost $99.99 on new 3-yr contract agreement or $569.99 outright.

The HTC One S packs a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED display , 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, an 8MP rear camera and VGA front-facing camera, runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS.
