Along with Three and Vodafone carriers, T-Mobile will offer the HTC One X and One S in the UK on April 5th.
Two smartphones will available for free after signing up on a two-year contract require a £41 per month for the HTC One X and £36 per month for the HTC One S.

The HTC One X LTE variant will be available in the US via AT&T in May
